I was born in Berkeley, Gloucestershire and have never moved far from my roots as I still live in Gloucestershire.

 

I studied art at school but opted for a  career in Technology studying Computer Science at College in Cheltenham.

 

I have over the years dabbled with sketching, Oil painting and Water Colour but have never really settled with it. I bought a small box of Soft Pastels when I was bored one day and didn’t get on with those either then one day I picked them up again and something clicked. The work you see on this website has been done from November 2000 onwards.

 

More recently I have returned to Watercolour and added Acrylics to the range of mediums I use.

 

In October of 2007 I was made redundant which has given me the Golden Opportunity to follow my dream as an Artist full time.

 

I am a country girl at heart and a keen horse rider hence the leaning towards horses dogs and wildlife.
